Double R Henderson Ltd was formed in 2012 when Henderson Engineering Ltd was amalgamated into the Double R Group.

With forty years experience in designing, manufacturing and installing machinery for the plastics, paper, foil and associated web converting industries, Double R Henderson has a track record second to none.

Double R Henderson specialises in the design of wide web converting equipment and is particularly well known for its extensive range of custom designed embossing, coating and laminating machinery.

We are also able to manufacture and supply a complete range of embossing rolls and dependent upon the requirement we can produce engraved rolls by a number of different techniques including mill engraving, print laydown and acid etching. We also have the capabilities to produce matched steel mating embossing rolls, giving a perfect male and female matched fit and optimum embossing definition.

Double R Henderson are also world leaders in the supply of Holographic Embossing and origination equipment and we have supplied equipment to virtually all the major companies in the market.

Due to our association for many years with the Memco Embossing and Engraving division of Pamarco Global Graphics we are now very proud to be the appointed worldwide sales agents for their range of Heavy Duty Embossing machines and Mated Rolls for the embossing of steel strip products as utilised on formed steel building cladding and garage doors.
