DC-450: Slitter rewinder for holographic films and foils, this particular unit is supplied with a separate unwind which incorporates web inspection and slice facility, an operator access platform allows easy and ergonomic setting of slitting knives razor and shear blades. Rewinding can be onto 25 mm or 76 mm locked core shafts, and when slitting down to 6 mm widths rewinding is done on the Double R Consol specially designed differential rewind shafts. Rewind lay-on rollers are either contact or controlled gap dependent upon material selection. The rewind arms retract on one side to allow the cantilevered shafts to be accessed easily for roll removal.		DCS-1000: Duplex centre-surface slitter rewinders, a standard range of machinery generally for larger diameter rewind rolls, supplied in sizes 1000 mm up to 3500 mm wide dependent on applications, rewind diameter 1000mm, will usually require an overhead lifting device for offloading of finished rolls.
DCS-1100: Duplex Centre-Surface slitter rewinder supplied with mother roll grab manipulator for lifting, turning, and presentation of mother roll. Unwind unit with web inspection, splice table, slitting & dual centre-surface rewinding stations. Off load by overhead hoist with motorised traverse, and finished rolls upended onto pallet ready for transportation. System conceived, designed, and manufactured by Double R Consol Ltd.		DCS-1100: Duplex Centre-surface slitter with the facility to control gap rewind, effectively keeping the slit coils as close as possible to the main drum roller without physical contact, beneficial when slitting narrow width coils which for reasons of stability of danger of scratching cannot be surface drive assited, product pictured is adhesive coated foam rubber.
DCS-1250: High speed slitting and rewinding machine with fully automatic knife setting system, integral semi-auto finished roll wrapping system, speeds up to 800 mpm, has a web width of 2000 mm and rewind roll capacity of 1200 mm.		DCS-1300: Standard duplex centre surface slitter rewinder for nonwoven products, this unit was supplied with hardened anvil drum roller and pneumatically operated crush cutting knives.
DCS-650: A duplex centre-surface slitter rewinder specifically designed for cigarette tissue paper, shear slitting, fish tail venturi trim system, shaftless unwind, web width 2200 mm x rewind diameter 650 mm at speeds up to 500 mpm.		ICS-800: Individual rewind arm centre surface slitter rewinder, this particular machine was supplied for the conversion of large rolls of siliconised papers, solvent and solvent free. The machine is overhead fed to give access to the second rewind station for removal of the finished roll. The specification allows for a max web width of 250 mm, speeds up to 500 mpm, rewind roll max diameter 800 mm.
SCS-1200: Simplex centre surface slitter rewinder, for papers, boards and nonwovens, machine shown has a web width of 2200 mm and a rewind capacity of 1200 mm, crush cutting against a hardened anvil drum roller, standard speed 300 mpm.
