1600-CC Core Cutter

Manual Core Cutting Machines

All DRC Manual Core Cutters utilize the same free running, rotary knife principal providing clean burr cut cardboard cores up to 15mm/0.6" wall thickness, quickly and efficiently.

All of our core cutters, like the 1600-CC (pictured left) can be supplied in both bench-top or floor mounted format, with fixed speed and 230 volt mains supply.

Each machine is supplied with one set of core adaptors suitable for cutting 76mm/3" inner diameter cores with 150mm and 6" core adaptors also available at an additional cost.

Semi-Automatic Core Cutting machines

The SA-1600-CC is an affordably priced semi automatic machine, which has been designed for the converter who has a higher volume level requirement of different cut core sizes. The operator loads the parent core on to the loading positioning and enters the cut size and quantity required.

The machine secures and then indexes the core in to the machine, it first takes a trim cut and proceeds to cut the size and quantity specified, ejecting the finished cores into a receptacle mounted below the cutting area. The entire core and cutting area is interlocked guarded and enclosed to ensure safe operation.
