SU-1000 Shaftless Unwind      SU-1100 Shaftless Unwind

SU-1000 Shaftless Unwind:

Generally the industry standard unit, it will accommodate rolls up to 1600 mm wide x 1000 mm diameter at speeds of up to 450 mpm, auto guiding, and load cell tension control are standard.

 

SU-1100L Shaftless Unwind:

This unit was designed to be retro-fitted onto a coating line, a relatively low cost unit for rolls 1100 mm x 1100 mm running at speeds not in excess of 200 mpm, auto guiding, auto tension control are available as an option.

 
SU-1200 Shaftless Unwind   SU-1300 Shaftless Unwind

SU-1200 Shaftless Unwind:

This high specification shaftless unwind unit, capable of accepting rolls of up to 1800mm wide, at 1200mm diameter, running at speeds of 800 mpm. Auto guiding and load cell tension control as standard.

 

SU-1300 Shaftless Unwind:

Specification roll widths up to 2500 mm roll diameters up to 1300 mm, for a speed range not exceeding 500 mpm, auto guided and load cell tension control.

 
SU-1500 Shaftless Unwind  

SU-1500 Shaftless Unwind:

This unit was designed for a roll diameter of 1500 mm x 2200 mm wide operating at speeds up to 600 mpm, auto guiding and load cell tension are standard.
